Inspired by the 18th-century sculpture Neptune Calming the Waves at the Louvre, “Pop Neptunian” reimagines the Roman god of the sea in a contemporary, chaotic world.

Created by French street artist Jo Di Bona in collaboration with Edox, the artwork explores striking contrasts — between power and serenity, classical and urban, control and energy — much like the watch it was made for.

This technology, branded under the name of Super-luminova, offers brightness in low-light conditions, thanks to a non radioactive and non-toxic material like the tritium previousely employed in the industry.
