EDOX INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Edox offers a two-year warranty on every new and authentic Edox watches.

The only way to ensure you are buying an authentic an Edox watch is to purchase it through an authorized retailer presented on our store-locator at www.edox.ch/store-locator or at www.edox.ch or www.edox-watches.com .

If purchasing from an unauthorized store or e-commerce platform, or a third party vendor, you risk receiving a timepiece that is counterfeited, used or defective that will not be under warranty.

HAND-ASSEMBLED WITH CARE AND ATTENTION

All the components of your watch have been manufactured using high-quality materials and subjected to rigorous testing at the Edox factory. However, superior quality also needs maintenance. Treat your Edox watch with care and attention, and you will be rewarded with precision timekeeping.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY

When you purchase a new Edox watch you will automatically get a two-year warranty. If, however, your watch isn’t performing as it should, you can send the watch to a local service center or to your local Edox retailer for repair.
