Edox Watches, renowned for their precision and quality, require periodic maintenance to ensure their long-term performance.

Edox recommends a maintenance service every 2 years to ensure the watch’s water resistance and optimal functionality.

Additionally, Edox suggests a complete service every 4 to 6 years. This intervention aims to restore the functional aspect of the watch, considering that these sophisticated timepieces contain over a hundred components working synchronously 24/7. Over time, constant friction between these parts can lead to wear, and essential lubricating oils may dry up, compromising the watch’s performance.

In summary, regular maintenance of Edox watches not only ensures their water resistance but also preserves their mechanical complexity. These periodic care measures contribute to extending the watch’s lifespan, ensuring a lasting wearing experience and continuous accuracy over the years.

Please get in touch with the service center or official Edox retailer in your country before sending your watch in for a service. To ensure the process runs smoothly, please:

 

  • Ad your International Edox Warranty Card (showing retailer’s stamp, date of purchase, case and serial number).
  • Put a note of your name, address, country, phone number, email address, and the reason for servicing with your watch
  • Make sure there is plenty of padding within your package to protect the watch
  • Always send packages by registered post

Operations included in the complete service

  • Diagnosis and complete dismantling of the watch
  • Complete overhaul or replacement of the movement, winding, oiling and adjustment
    of the rate
  • Replacement of wearing components and battery (quartz watches)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of case and bracelet components
  • Renewal of the water-resistance and replacement of all gaskets
  • Final inspection according to the brand’s specifications

MAINTENANCE SERVICE
