If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, Edox will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase, for an exchange or reimbursement.
Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates and packaging. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
Returns to the E-Shop Customer Service Center:
Before returning the item(s), you will need to contact our representatives via email at “Conact us” to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form that will be sent to you via email or fax.
This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s). The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Edox will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements as determined by Edox.
Product Exchange
Products received as a gift can only be returned for an exchange. Should a product be returned for exchange by you or a gift recipient to our Customer Service Center, the following shall apply: if the product returned is less expensive than the exchanged item, a credit card must be provided to charge the difference in value. If the product returned is more expensive than the exchanged item,a merchandise credit of the price difference will be issued.
No Returns to Authorized Resellers
Products purchased online through this website may not be returned (whether for refund or exchange) to a third party authorized reseller of Edox products.


Products purchased online pursuant to this Agreement shall benefit from the same warranty as Edox products purchased from Edox retail stores or authorized resellers. Read more on Edox Warranty.
Edox offers repair service for products purchased online. To process a repair, please contact us via email at “CONTACT US”.You will have to enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, a copy of the Order Confirmation and the warranty.
Edox recommends that you package the product securely and ship it via insured mail, as Edox will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping.
Please allow 2 (two) weeks for a repair assessment (excluding vintage Edox items, wich will require a longer assessment period). Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.


Areas of Delivery:
Orders are available for shipping to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APOs.
Shipping and Handling:
We offer free Federal Express Overnight delivery for all orders. Our goal is to process orders of in stock merchandise within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified. All orders are subject to credit approval.
All shipments require a signature by an adult (18 years old or older) on delivery. Upon signature by an adult confirming your acceptance of the product delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Edox and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
Delivery Problems:
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email at “CONTACT US“ Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
Shipping to alternate addresses:
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Edox is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business.
